Polish dramatic mezzo-soprano, Małgorzata Walewska, is considered one of Poland’s most renowned opera singers. She has headlined in over 30 major Opera Houses in the world, among them the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Vienna State Opera, the Deutsche Oper Berlin or the Metropolitan Opera. She is well known for her interpretations of Amneris, Dalila, Ulrica, Carmen, Azucena and Eboli. In addition to her operatic career, she performs in concerts and recitals. In 2015 she was appointed the Artistic Director of the Ada Sari International Vocal Artistry Festival and Competition.
